Nav Button Highlights on Scroll Position

Can someone please tell me if this is possible (atm) and if so, how. I have a stripped down example with Nav button “Part 1” highlighted.

I want the nav buttons in top header to be highlighted as the user scrolls down to Part 2, Part 3, etc.. I want the nav button to highlight (or show selected) when that Part is on screen and then also be able to click on nav button and go to that “Part”. I get that this is probably a condition - but I can’t figure out how to set the condition for the button to highlight on scroll position.

Momen can’t do this for now; but we are working on some underlying refactoring, and once that’s completed, it will be possible (though it will probably still take quite a while).
