I got a warning email about my outbound storage limit and that I am running low. This is a first time for me so I have some questions.
My subscription renewed the day before the email, doesn’t the outbound reset? Does it reset or do I need to delete data base records?
I don’t have any “live” users except for my “logged in users” i created via the mirror function, so I assume that those are “live” users. I only have four.
I am only using them for testing, i.e. make change in editor, then test in mirror app. Is this part of “outbound data transfer” ?
is there a more efficient way to build and test then what I am doing without having to upgrade?
Ok, I think I was right the right the first time. My subscription renewed on 2/14/26 (maybe when momen domain went down since I got an email from momen that my subscription was renewed).
I posted an issue with my outbound data resource issue on 2/16/26. How would my app use 90% of my outbound data resource in 2 days, when that has never happened before?
In addition, my stripe subscription appears to renew on 3/14/26 so I don’t know exactly what happened but I think there is an error on Momen side of things. Can someone please look into it asap? I sent an email to hello@momen 2 days ago and have not received a response and I am at 10 days with limited use of editor,etc..
