Project Reset Not Functioning

I am trying to reset a (pro plan) project and after input validation to
Confirm Reset it gives me an error “Project Reset Failed” please try later.

Is this a bug or is there a time delay to confirm the deletion of a project?

Ok, it’s cleared now but the same project is on the free plan and I would need to re-subscribe to pro plan. Is that normal?

It is not normal. It was our engineer that did the modification. We’ll add the Pro functionalities back.

Added one month to your PRO plan for your troubles, though the subscription on stripe might now be broken. We’ll try to fix it.

Can you please look at my project again? It says my subscription expires on 11/28/25.

It also can me this pop up as well.

If it is easier and makes life better for y’all then I am okay with deleting that project and starting a fresh one on a pro plan.
